With a foundation in medical science from the University of Oklahoma and advanced training from some of the nation’s leading institutions, Dr. Miller brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. He is fellowship-trained in Medical Retina from the prestigious University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center, highlighting his specialized skills in treating complex retinal diseases.

Serving the communities of Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach, VA, Dr. Miller is committed to providing exceptional care. His educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma, followed by a Doctor of Medicine from the same institution. He honed his skills through an Internal Medicine Internship and an Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and West Virginia University Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, respectively.

Dr. Miller’s commitment to excellence is evident in his membership with the American Academy of Ophthalmology and his receipt of numerous honors, including being a National Merit Scholar, a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, and a recipient of the Alpha-Omega-Alpha Carolyn L.
