He is fellowship-trained in Medical Retina from the prestigious University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center, highlighting his specialized skills in treating complex retinal diseases.

Serving the communities of Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach, VA, Dr. Miller is committed to providing exceptional care. His educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma, followed by a Doctor of Medicine from the same institution. He honed his skills through an Internal Medicine Internship and an Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and West Virginia University Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, respectively.
